About The Employer: Since 2018, Global Outreach Tele-Rehabilitation Services, Inc has been making high-quality mental healthcare more accessible to people across the North Carolina. Clients looking for help managing mild to moderate anxiety and depression will be able to work with our network of therapists to manage and treat their mental health needs through therapeutic interventions, all delivered via a convenient video conferencing platform. We are now expanding to offer medication management, looking for an experienced nurse practitioner to join our team of Dietitians and Licensed Mental Health providers.

The Role:

  • This is a contract 1099 position
  • You'll provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients as part of the Behavioral Healthcare team, made up of LCMH, LCSW, MFT and Dietitians as well scheduling support staff.
  • You'll practice medication management responsibilities to include 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow ups
  • Results and data-driven - Use evidence-based practices & proprietary data to optimize care
  • Lead with empathy - Ensure that all client interactions are characterized by authentic empathy & compassion
  • Deep, hands-on leadership - Leaders work collaboratively & in-depth with cross-disciplinary care teams to provide treatment
  • PMHNP's will create the medication plan while the counselors and therapists assist in providing the highest level of care
Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing
  • Appropriate North Carolina state licensure: you must have an active SC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license. 
  • Residence in South Carolina required.
  • Nurse Practitioner approval includes prescriptive authority for legend drugs and Controlled Substance Schedules II – V consistent with the scope of practice as determined by educational preparation and national certification.
  • 1+ years of independent experience in psychiatry, ideally in outpatient
  • You have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely
  • Have functioning work space for privacy
  • Active license  with at least 2 years of experience post licensure.
  • Comfortable prescribing for anxiety, depression, insomnia, bi-polar 2, and PTSD
  • Reside in South Carolina

Compensation: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
