Job Summary
We are currently hiring for the position of Behavioral Health Office Receptionist/Intake Assistant. In this role, you will manage daily office communications with various stakeholders such as insurance companies, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities include directing phone calls, sending documentation via email or fax, maintaining records, scheduling clients, coordinating with providers and referral sources, and managing company spreadsheets. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, work effectively both independently and within a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit a solution-oriented mindset. Global Outreach is a rapidly growing small corporation seeking a proactive individual to support its expansion.

Responsibilities 
  • Utilizing and maintaining EHR system  
  • Maintain Excel Company Spreadsheets
  • Effectively conduct intake of new clients
  • Maintain a smooth flow to daily office functions including oversee other office staff 
  • Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions.
  • Maintain comprehensive effective communication with providers and referral sources.
  • Filing and organization of company documents
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong clinical knowledge of behavioral health care terminology 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail/ multitasking skills 
  • Forward thinking and solution-based mind set.
  • Proficient with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite, Excel
  • Previous office experience is a MUST
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
